I spoke to Benjamin on the phone and he was extremely helpful and navigated me through the entire repair process. To my own surprise He took care of my rental and had it waiting for me when I arrived. All the leg work was done before I got there, I sent him my insurance claim information and he took it from there. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found these people. The entire staff at the Baltimore location are wonderful and their customer service was above and beyond. I was updated during every stage of the repair process, I never had to call for an update which made the entire experience that much better. I hope I never need to come back but they have earned my business and my TRUST. "

Then not only did they do that they folded the blanket I had in the back seat and put my kids toys on top and buckled them in for a cute way to not only clean but bring some personality to it as well really just let me know that if they are spending the extra few seconds to do that with the cleaning of my car then I know they took that same extra few seconds/steps in repairing my car and I wouldn't have anything to worry about with their work.
