She told me as soon as it was delivered, installed, and when my car was ready for pickup. I didn’t have to ask a single time for an update the whole process. She told me about how enterprise does pickup and drop off of the rental car and made my whole experience amazing. I had called and visited all of the nearby collision centers, but I was most impressed with the way that Jacquie handled our initial telephone conversation. She was knowledgeable and personable. Throughout the process she kept me updated and truly exhibited that she cared. That’s what customers want. Even when I picked up the car, Jacquie noticed an issue with a portion of the bumper and immediately took it back to the technician to fix. While I was disappointed that the car had not been washed as I had been told and was a bit taken aback that the technicians had not noticed the bumper issue, Jacquie’s concern and response to the bumper issue balanced out the negative. The young lady at the front desk also was helpful too, especially with the car rental arrangements."
