My only criticism is in regards to not keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle. I was the one who initiated almost every conversation to find out the current status, typically with very little follow up afterward. Even if there is no change in status, a call every few days or at least once a even once a week would have been appreciative, rather than leaving me in the dark wondering what is taking so long. Additionally, from a customer expectation standpoint, it would be better to provide a long enough time for the estimated completion and then deliver earlier than expected, rather than having to keep pushing back promised for dates."
