Moving forward, I would recommend confirming that the vehicle is completely repaired, calibrated, and safe to drive before providing a final pickup date whenever possible. I completely understand that the team is managing multiple vehicles in the queue and that technicians have to balance competing priorities. However, more consistent communication would make a significant difference in the customer experience. If a vehicle is not going to be ready as expected, a quick phone call or message explaining the delay and providing an update"
