PO BOX 256, Holly Pond(256) 796-7313PO BOX 256, Holly Pond, AL 35083"I genuinely cannot express how happy I am with the entire experience at Smith’s Body Shop! From the moment I dropped my vehicle off, Jarrett and the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, professional, understanding, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. After hitting a deer I was just hoping to get my vehicle back looking like it did before. Y’all somehow managed to make it look even better! The quality of the repairs is phenomenal, and the fact that you took the time to clean my vehicle before returning it was such a thoughtful touch. It is so refreshing to deal with people who clearly take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. You made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly easy, and I am beyond grateful. Please make sure everyone involved in repairing my vehicle knows how much I appreciate their hard work"

Paula, who worked in the office assisted me in looking for just the right bumper for my jeep which was an absolute upgrade. The parts came in in a timely manner, and the work was done in a professional and timely manner. Tim was instrumental in making sure I was happy with my jeep. He also uncovered some shotty work that somebody else had done at one time. This is a great shop that I will hopefully never have to go back to again, but I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs repairs. The office staff is very friendly and informative."
