I had left 5 messages with the insurance company advising what day my car would be ready and that kaizen needed the authorization for the waived deductible prior to pickup and was never called back. So thankful Kaizen was able to speak to someone and get the matter resolved before pickup, as I was coming straight from work before they closed. They even took care of contacting Enterprise for pickup of my rental car! Thanks again, and I will recommend if anyone needs a referral."

As an 80-year-old woman who had this Yukon that I bought six years ago, I have babied that car was only 25,000 miles on it in that time and waxed it And took care of it as best I could.
