When I pulled out and heard a strange sound from the car, I called back and she immediately picked up despite it being after hours. I came right back and she troubleshooted the issue to discover a rogue zip tie that was stuck in my tire making the strange sound! Zip tie removed and all was well! Much appreciated! Very smooth as well as this was an insurance repair and all was immediately approved and covered."
