I chose Evolution to have my car towed from the scammers to get what I thought would only be my tires replaced because of their high ratings and reviews. I’m so glad I made that decision because they were my touchstone during the nearly 2 months my car was being repaired. Erika, was my contact during that time and she was always available to me through text. She always immediately informed me of every step, delay and new damage discoveries and replied immediately to my texts. It took so long because of insurance delays. They were able to move the repair along much faster than the original estimated completion date while still making sure everything was properly repaired, reassembled, painted, calibrated, and tested. I really appreciated how much effort Kyle and the rest of the team put into accommodating my situation and getting the car back to me before I needed it for the start of school.
