All the leg work was done before I got there, I sent him my insurance claim information and he took it from there. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found these people. The entire staff at the Baltimore location are wonderful and their customer service was above and beyond. I was updated during every stage of the repair process, I never had to call for an update which made the entire experience that much better.
