She went above and beyond to make this as smooth as possible. 2nd... that same service had not changed when I picked my Dodge up , and some else was there to get me checked out. He called and was super polite, checking out was explained to me and I was back on the road in no time. 3rd... I was not expecting my vehicle to be cleaner than when I dropped it off! I was only expecting the area that was fixed. But Gerber Bethany crew not only did the outside all around but also cleaned the inside windows, vacuum the floors and more. I was super appreciative of that. Overall, Bethany Gerber in my opinion went above and beyond getting me right and did it super fast. Thank you all for your kindness and skill of your craft!"
