19630 Northwest Freeway, Houston(281) 897-166919630 Northwest Freeway, Houston, TX 77065"I had an excellent experience getting my Tundra fixed here. Julieta at the front desk was incredibly welcoming right when I walked in, making the initial check-in smooth and completely stress free. Gabriel, the manager was equally fantastic. He took the time to clearly explain the bodywork process, map out the timeline, and handle everything with absolute professionalism. The repair itself was incredibly fast, they finished all the bodywork and had my car back in just 4?days. The team did a spectacular job, and the truck looks completely flawless. It is rare to find a shop where everyone-from Julieta at the front desk to Gabriel running the team, is so completely aligned on delivering great customer service and high quality work. I am incredibly grateful for their help and highly recommended them to anyone in Houston needing Collision repairs! 5/5 Starts - Exceptional Service from Start"

18900 Northwest Freeway, Houston(281) 517-180018900 Northwest Freeway, Houston, TX 77065"I’d like to thank all the employees at the lone star collision center, I’ve been apart of the lone star family with several cars since my first car. I brought in a completely smashed and broken zl1 and it’s already hard enough to find parts for a base Camaro these days let alone new parts for a top trim but they did it, a lot of time but honestly faster and more professionally than any other center would do, I was guessing half a year at least but it was a lot quicker than that. I’m not sure most places would even take my Camaro with how much damage I put into it but I thank everyone at lone star for giving my dream car a second chance at life"
