The lady who greeted me smiled and made me feel welcomed. She turned me over to Sondra who was outstanding also! She was knowledgeable and explained everything that they would be doing and looking for. When I picked up my car today it was Sondra who took me out to the parking lot and explained what had been done up under the bumper and on the surface. She was great and friendly! I’ve already told friends about Caliber Collision if they are ever in need of repairs."

I’ve never had to send a car for repair after a car accident before but they helped me with the process with clear communication, while they had my car and after I got it back. Zach was great and the wonderful Queen in the front with the red hair and perfect eyebrows was my angel for today. I didn’t catch her name, but her energy was 100. 5 out of 5 experience would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a car repair."
