Denise was very thoughtful and accommodating by offering me a shuttle to the rental place. I also had trouble reaching my insurance adjuster and Denise helped me with that and expedited the process making the paperwork go smoothly and efficiently. Merced was very professional and thorough which also made me feel at ease. The technician or technicians who fixed my car did an excellent job.
