I was not in the mood to read all the details. Mr. Kevin Ma called and explained the quotes to me and his explanations really helped me make the decision whether I should file the claim with my insurance company. I took the car in on Friday July 17th and was told the car would be ready on Friday July 24th, the latest. I was so happy when they advised me the morning of July 22nd that I could pick up the car at 4:30 that afternoon . The damages were completely fixed and the car looks like brand new.
