Communication was frequent with them continually texting about the progress of our car. My only suggestion, not a complaint, is that after we dropped the car off (7/29) and received the quote we were told the car would be completed on 8/14. Since we have no prior experience in the body repair we didn’t question it although we thought it was a bit long for our minor body repair. We rescheduled a short trip we had arranged due to the pick up date of 8/14. As I said, communication was great and we received multiple text telling the progress of our car and always finishing with “we are in track for 8/14.” Even on the morning of 8/7 we received a text saying they were on schedule for an 8/14 completion date. Then at 3:30 on 8/7 we were told our car was completed and we could pick it up. That was great! We just wis"
