I had to reach out to obtain a status and felt like someone should’ve reached out to me when the vehicle wasn’t completed at the end of week one. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I was explained why there was a delay and I completely understood. Other than that, Carol was very friendly during the entire process, and there were no other concerns. I felt like the shop went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer in reference to the repairs. My family has used everybody in trim for well over 30 years and we will continue to do so as needed. Thank you all."
