Then Justin took over. He inspected the vehicle and marked the areas of the car that needed repair and gave me a time frame for completion. He was also very pleasant and friendly. My car was completed within the specified time frame and was returned to me as clean as it was coming out of the showroom! I neglected to get the name of the employee I dealt with when I picked up the car, but he was also pleasant & polite. JPS offers the added convenience of working with a rental car company.
