    "While no one wants to go to a collision center, if you do find yourself having to use one Carolinas Collision Center is a great choice! My experience with Carolinas collision center was fantastic. Their staff were all friendly knowledgeable and very communicative across every step of the process. Zack (the estimator/lead for my car) was very helpful and took the time to answer every question I had along the way. Honestly, I can say that my car looks and feels almost better than before the accident! Zach knew I had a brand new car hadn’t even had the first oil change yet so he took the time to ensure that everything was restored to factory new and I can’t thank him and the team enough for all of their hard work. I highly recommend the shop to anyone who needs a top notch, uncompromising repair shop for whatever life throws at you."

Ronnie kept me informed about the ongoing supplement issues, continued working directly with Progressive, and made sure my Telluride could be released without my family being charged anything beyond the $500 deductible. Triangle also coordinated the return of the Enterprise rental, which made pickup much easier for us. I especially appreciate that the shop continued handling the remaining insurance disagreement with Progressive instead of shifting that disputed amount onto my family. Thank you to Ronnie and the Triangle Collision team for their communication, patience, and effort in getting our family vehicle back to us."
