So maybe no mistakes/miscommunications in the world would be great, but that’s not real life. I think it matters more in how you recover from them. Covering my rental more than made up for that, so how could I complain? And in covering my rental, I was less worried about the timeline, in turn being able to chill and let you guys do your thing. Your staff was also very helpful when my insurance was not.
