Their customer service is exceptional, and I truly appreciate how they work quickly without ever compromising the quality of the car repair. My advisor, Frank, was amazing. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and even managed to get my car back to me a day early. Jelena was friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful. She walked me through the insurance process and coordinated my rental with Enterprise. Once my paperwork was finished, she arranged for the Enterprise shuttle, which arrived within 10 minutes. Enterprise also had me in a rental right away. The service all around was excellent. Caliber Collision really has their process dialed in. I highly recommend them and will definitely return if I ever need repairs again — though hopefully not anytime soon! Thanks again."
