I explained I really needed to pick it up some time Tuesday as I had a 9:00 meeting and a 11:30 cardiologist appointment which I could not miss. He did the impossible and got it done and I got it at 6:00pm Tuesday. Rich did an excellent job of keeping me in the loop as to what was happening with my truck while in Maui. This is the second time they have repaired our vehicles and very pleased each time. My wife's Lexus was hit 2 years ago and now my truck."
