It is a lengthy review, but one worth reading. First, my car was heavily damaged by a HEAVY thunderstorm that struck most of the Chicago area back in June 2026. A tree fell on it, damaging the hood, roof and pillar. The extreme high winds sent flying debris that nicked and scratched all sorts of areas of the car's body. I filed my claim with my auto insurance. Their estimate on repairs seemed unreasonable due to the damage. The photos I submitted to my insurance company did not capture the depths of the damage. For the wonders AI (Artificial Intelligence) does, it does a poor job in assessing damage and REAL cost of parts and labor. Get an Estimator. Always. Don't trust AI for the cost auto repairs. At this shop, I was able to send my claim number and estimate from my auto insurance via email."
