The repairs were flawless, and Group 1 handled all the insurance logistics. Last but not least, Group 1 handled all the rental car logistics as well; someone from Enterprise picked me up when I dropped off my daughter’s Jeep, and when I returned to collect the Jeep, I was able to leave the rental car at Group 1. Absolutely seamless. I will be using Group 1 for all my future repair needs!"

She was so unprofessional and didn’t listen to anything I said. I was so frustrated. In the meantime my battery is on a charger. She never gave me her name. She did go ask service if they’re working on it had anything to do with battery being dead (2year old one) and she said it wasn’t anything they did. Thanks for listening"
