    "Group 1 did a fantastic job of addressing two claims simultaneously on my daughter’s Jeep (a boo-boo a friend made, and a boo-boo my daughter made). Jackie (front desk) was super friendly and helpful. My two service reps, Rodney and Mark, were very informative, and I felt like I had a really good understanding of what the process would be. The repairs were flawless, and Group 1 handled all the insurance logistics. Last but not least, Group 1 handled all the rental car logistics as well; someone from Enterprise picked me up when I dropped off my daughter’s Jeep, and when I returned to collect the Jeep, I was able to leave the rental car at Group 1. Absolutely seamless. I will be using Group 1 for all my future repair needs!"
