When I was having trouble filing a claim on my phone, the office staff intervened and called the insurance company on my behalf and allowed me to use your phone to complete the process. While I was filing the claim, she was able to access the claim online and assisted in the rental car arrangement. However, the notification process was a bit confusing. Originally was told car would be ready on 9/4 days, then 9/11 days. When I least expected it, CC called that my car was ready on 9/4! Yay!"
