There are five star Google reviews are what attracted me to this shop. Upon entering I was greeted with smiling employees named Meghan and CC. Worth noting, is the customer area and entire office space was incredibly clean and I was offered a cold water almost immediately. I filled out a short form and turned the keys over with reassurances that I would be updated weekly on the repair. It turns out they update their customers twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays I get a text or an email or both letting me know what’s the status of my repair. They gave me a completion time of 2 1/2 weeks. Two short weeks later my vehicle was ready. When I say ready I mean May it looks like new and is detailed and washed inside and out. How much did it cost me?? I’m not sure because they handled everything with the insurance comp"

The entire process was incredibly easy from start to finish. They work with Enterprise, so when I dropped off my vehicle, Enterprise came right over to pick me up and take me to my rental. It was such a smooth and stress-free transition! My Jeep Liberty took about a week to repair, and during that time Gerber kept me updated almost daily on the progress, which I really appreciated. Everyone was amazing, from the front desk staff to Eduardo, who took the time to explain everything they repaired and made sure I understood the work that was done.
