My contact was Art and boy was he on top of it. The car was there longer than we all expected only because they would not let it be released until it was perfect. ...And it is perfect. They must have corrected things I wasn't aware of because my car drives like a brand new car. The other thing I liked was that they worked with my Mercedes Mechanic shop to make sure everything on his end was perfect. I think you get the picture...I was overjoyed with the experience at Premium..."
