    "Almost everyone was kind, professional, upbeat and went out of their way to help me during a frustrating life event. The exception was my Customer Service agent, Randal. He went through the motions, but there was no Customer Service at all. When I was there to pick up my car, he just wanted me out of there. Handed me the keys and said something like, "OK. You car is finished." I had to tell him, "Wait! I want to see the repair!" I also had 12 rolls of Costco paper towels and was struggling to get them to the car. Most humans would have asked me if I needed help. I had to ask him to put the seat up; he didn't consider putting the other side up. (Granted, I didn't know how easy it was.) I never saw him smile once and barely looked at me. I'm much more likely to commend, than criticize. It was such a drastically different experience, so I thought it should be addressed."
