    "While the repair itself looks great, the experience was very frustrating. USAA assured me they had been in contact with Caliber and that we did NOT owe for the deductible. Despite my attempt to clarify it continued to come up that we owed for the deductible. Even more frustrating was that the person we had originally met with for the estimate was out sick - totally understandable. He had indicated the job would take no more than 45 minutes. Another person stepped in to help me and I even asked if I needed to reschedule but was assured I did not need to. 2 hours later I had to ask about the work and continued to wait after I was told the car was about to be washed. I could clearly see my car sitting in the parking lot and again had to ask about the progress. Employees get sick, things get backed up, etc…but a simple 45 minute task should not take nearly 3 hours. Had I known it would take"
