Schaeffer Truck & Auto Body
160 Martin Lane, Elk Grove Village(847) 437-3650160 Martin Lane, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007"Mirror was replaced promptly. But, my quote listed 1.4 hours of labor to R/R the assembly that I supplied. The quote was for $210.60. The factory Ford assembly cost me $102. I little more than I thought. The final invoice was $322.85. It included a mark up of $25.50 on parts that I supplied, and 2.2 hours of labor. For a total $322.85. The whole job took about 35-40 minutes from the time I entered the building to the time I got back in my car. Admittedly, the mirror was damaged at a car wash, and said car wash was paying the bill. Schaefer auto did reimburse me for the mirror. But they did not provide the quote that I asked for additional work on the front and rear bumper covers on my mustang that had faded and blistered due to UV light. Feel free to contact me if you would like to expound. BTW, you guys did some work on my Camry a while ago. Work was top notch. That's why i trusted youb"

He advised what work would be performed on the car, and thoroughly explained each line of the quote. Tom was very professional and easy to do business with. I thought the follow up texts were a nice touch. Of course the work was top notch and the car looks super. As we have used your company before and worked with Tom, there was no doubt that the car would look terrific. Our expectations were definitely exceeded. Once again, Tom made us feel like a Valued Customer. Wendy and Stefano Chiarello"
