As did he last time, he went the extra mile to try and make me feel comfortable and make sure that all of my concerns w/ my car were explained and addressed. He is definitely an asset to Calliber. As a customer who has used Calliber multiple times (twice in the past month ) I would say, he should be considered for a raise with such great customer service.
