My initial contact was Matt and he was extremely helpful and informative. After four weeks of downtime I was able to pick up my vehicle. Only a minor adjustment was necessary and Joe made sure everything was to my liking before I left the shop. I would definitely bring my business there again if necessary however I have no plans to return anytime soon and that’s a good thing. Thank you BBA for making the process smooth and also when I stepped in my car to pick it up, it was detailed beautifully inside and outside! I honestly felt like I was stepping into a brand new vehicle thank you BBA and once again thank you Joe, Matt, and Andrea!"
