She called transferred my rental to a closer Enterprise location and gave me the shop rate which was a great help since I was paying out of pocket. Robert was very honest with my quote and was able to fix my mirror and saved me over $1100 dollars. He had originally said 5-7 days, but I got my car back after two days. They prioritized my car to save me time and money and did an excellent job. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and if I ever need them again, will gladly go back to them with no hesitation. Not the visit I wanted to make, but there customer service is remarkable! 10 out of 10."
