Rigo was the best, kept me informed, was polite and would actually smile and look me in the eye when speaking to me, something unfortunately that doesn’t happen often nowadays. I dropped off my car on Monday and picked it up on Friday as promised (I had been rear ended by a truck on the freeway so there was a significant amount of damage). Unrelated to the accident, I had to have a tire patched and Rigo went out of his way and went to two different places to get it fixed so as to not delay my pick-up time. I was very happy with the service. The receptionist is very pleasant too. Thank you Rigo!"
