The crew kept me updated by text messages all along the way as well as voice messages from Robert and Julian keeping me always informed of the status of my repair. Two really incredible things that i want to point out as well... an after market front bumper was only approved by my insurance. When that bumper came in, and the Palatine crew put it on, they didn't like how it fit and looked, so they called my insurance and got them to approve a new bumper from the dealer. Another thing is this awesome crew, got my car repair finished a week early. Hands down, the best crew in town. My 2020 automobile looks brand new. Thanks for a great, remark"
