I’m not sure who it was but I thought I was going to have an issue with getting a rental car, but one of the ladies at the front office jumped right in (at 7:30am) and got it all taken care of for me. This by far was the easiest process I’ve ever had in dealing with repairs. So smooth, professional, and fast!"

So then I called them and ask them which day it was really going to be. And then you called me and said the car would be ready Thursday. I just think you should decide who will be doing the calling. Otherwise everything was great."
