1625 E West Maple Road, Walled Lake(248) 926-93731625 E West Maple Road, Walled Lake, MI 48390"The way I was kept updated every step of the way by Dwayne Harrison was truly exceptional. Not once did I ever have to question what was going on with my truck or what the timeline was on the repairs…he kept me posted on EVERYTHING, even knowing that I have to bring it back for one more part replacement (on back order) he has kept me posted as to when that could possibly be and the possible length of time you’ll have my truck again. Being new to handling vehicle repairs on my own~ you sure have saved me a lot of worry! I have already had people ask my opinion for car repair shops and I have told them all “ Take your car to G.E.B. Collision…you won’t be sorry” Thank you for the great service! Kathy Dullack."

4935 Technical Dr Suite 100, Milford(248) 717-34324935 Technical Dr Suite 100, Milford, MI 48381"I had an issue with my 2026 Ram, and since the truck was so new, the part I needed was nearly impossible to find. There was really no telling how long it would take to get it. To my surprise, about two weeks later, Alex called me personally to let me know he had gotten the part in. What impressed me most was how Alex handled everything along the way. He was respectful, attentive, and kept me informed throughout the process. He was also very transparent about pricing from the beginning, which I really appreciated. The communication and customer service were truly a red-carpet experience. Alex set the bar for what customer service should look like."

I only would have liked more communication in the beginning , an explanation for the seeming delay in assessing the damage. Once the work began there were more updates but I had to request specific info about the damage. I have used your services before and will again should the need arise. Thank you"
