Our intake at the shop was by a person whose name started with a C and she was very polite and efficient. The car was repaired in less than a week and the extra effort made by Amy and the manager to have our rental dropped off at West Seattle Enterprise and them dropping off Robert at your White Center facility was awesome customer service. It saved him a trip to return the car to Burien Enterprise which is not close to White Center facility. The only criticism is that the entrance is not marked clearly and when we dropped off the car it was in the rear of the building with no signage as the the entrance and office. Confusing and signage would be more helpful. Thanks again for a well done repair and service."
