I was able to make an online appointment for the next day and dropped my car off. The staff was very kind and were empathetic to my situation. Tyler was my advisor and kept in constant contact throughout the repair. The repairs were completed before the committed time and my car was as good as before. They also took care of a dent for a reasonable price that was unrelated to the accident. Would 100 percent recommend Caliber collision for your auto body needs"

It’s really very frustrating and a huge put off to be spoken to in circles by a non person that didn’t get my phone number correct, that didn’t understand my request, that repeatedly asked me the same question. Truly the AI was a waste of my time and in no way saved time for staff. I would MUCH prefer to be on hold with music or advertising playing while waiting for a person than have to endure your AI."
