She was very informative up front and gave me the full scope of the process before I even booked the appointment. She made me feel at ease immediately about booking my appointment. She was also very helpful with coordinating my rental car as there were some issues with the rental car establishment. They both did such an awesome job that I am bringing my wife’s car back in the next couple weeks to have HollyAnn look at a large scratch on the side to have it repaired as well. You rarely see customer service like this anymore!"
