I received the option of “or else someone can come in your place and sign paperwork”. But I had no one to do that as my whole family was out of town as well. So I had to make a trip back to get my car. Only to find out that another staff member was like “we don’t get cars here often to get worked on. We could use a lot more work” which is very odd?
