    "HollyAnn my adjuster was amazing to work with. She kept constant communication through the whole process. She was very knowledgeable and personable. She made sure that my truck was repaired to the standard it should be. She worked with my insurance company to get all repairs approved so I didn’t have to worry about it. Alex at the front desk was also incredible. She was very informative up front and gave me the full scope of the process before I even booked the appointment. She made me feel at ease immediately about booking my appointment. She was also very helpful with coordinating my rental car as there were some issues with the rental car establishment. They both did such an awesome job that I am bringing my wife’s car back in the next couple weeks to have HollyAnn look at a large scratch on the side to have it repaired as well. You rarely see customer service like this anymore!"

Why anyone would have tried to present that as anything other than a cost saving measure for the company was very disingenuous and borderline, what would be called “shady.” The company had been paid by the insurance claim for a manufacturers bumper guard but wanted me to settle for a home made version after the original installer did so in a manner that the new one needed to be replaced. Do better."
