1839 Williams Road, Monroe(704) 296-50051839 Williams Road, Monroe, NC 28110"The shop took such amazing care of us and our car. They were so nice and made us know that they were here for us for anything we needed. It definitely didn’t feel transactional. It felt like it used to back when I was younger. Back when you’d be able to call a shop without AI prompts, be able to reach a person (and the actual person you’ve been working with at that) and just talk. Half the time I didn’t even need to call because they’d reach out before I could even call them. And to add to my happiness, I had an insurance claim and a secondary claim that I paid myself. They even found a way to save me extra money on my out of pocket claim. I’m sure they did the same for the insurance claim too, but I only paid the deductible on that. All in all, while I don’t want to have the need for body work, If I did need it or if I was recommending it to anyone I would definitely recommend Caliber i"
