I brought my Tesla to them with an issue with my suspension because the price that Tesla quoted me was astronomical and I brought it into Brooklyn Motors and they worked with me. They told me what I needed to fix what I did not need to fix and although my car was, therefore someone’s waiting for the part, they kept in constant contact with me, giving me updates and everything now that I finally have my baby back my car is running so great.
