I really appreciate the time and effort he put into making sure my car was repaired with the correct part. He also replaced my oil pan at no additional cost, which was a really nice surprise. Overall, I’m very happy with how everything turned out. I especially want to thank Doug for being patient, persistent, and making sure the job was done right.
