Marquis "sold me" when he patiently stood in 100F blazing sunshine to explain the Caliber process (I was testing him) AND he caught damage to my running board which two other shops had missed when I visited them for estimates. The office manager, Vickie, is so efficient I want to hire her to organize my life. She followed up on my visit, and talked to me about scheduling before I was ready to think about it. She made it so easy to just let her take over. And the symbiotic relationship with the Enterprise car rental location down the street sealed the deal. I surely hope not to have to use Caliber again but my husband and I I will be steering people to this"
